Technology should take the repetitive, rule-based tasks off your plate, and act as a context partner for decision-makers. Your time is worth more as a result.
Getting started with AI where it genuinely adds value.
An honest look at where AI fits, and where it does not.
From idea to a working tool.
Remove friction, save time, raise quality.
Set up tracking and databases, collect data from many sources, cross-check it, and build reports and dashboards.
It starts by listening and understanding what’s actually needed. Sometimes the answer is a big system, sometimes a small change. I’d rather be paid a share of the value the solution creates than by the hour — that way we’re pulling in the same direction.
Full Stack Consult never asks for payment before something of value is delivered.
Projects and tools I have built myself.
Analytics service built on 30 million landing slips from the Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries — nightly data collection, an ocean map, reports and open APIs. See how it all fits together.
Open MCP tool that lets AI assistants such as Claude query the fisheries figures — no key, no login.
Calculates underfloor heating power needs room by room, based on Nexans' heating handbook (Norwegian).
Full Stack Consult is an independent IT consultancy run by Tobias Remme Jensen. It helps businesses with AI in practice, AI strategy, automation, custom solutions, and analytics and data — from the first conversation through to a delivered solution.
Full Stack Consult is based in Ålesund, Norway, and works with clients across the country. Collaboration works just as well remotely as on site.
Repetitive work that eats time: moving data between systems by hand, rebuilding the same report every week, follow-ups that get forgotten. Where AI is not the right answer, Full Stack Consult says so — sometimes the fix is a small change rather than a new system.
Call +47 986 00 059 or email tobias@fullstackconsult.com. The first step is a no-obligation conversation about what you actually need.
